nnokc Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between nnokc and all registered players on the platform. nnokc operates as an online casino and sports betting service accessible to adult players in Bangladesh. The platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets including cricket, slots, and crash games. All services are provided subject to the terms set out in this document, which may be updated at nnokc's sole discretion with appropriate notice to registered players.

nnokc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of its services at any time, including game availability, payment methods, bonus structures, and account features. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification no fewer than seven days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

nnokc reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of account activity until verification is successfully completed. This process protects all players and ensures the integrity of the nnokc platform.

nnokc employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect player data transmission. Two-factor authentication is available to all players and is strongly recommended. Any suspected security breach must be reported to nnokc support without delay. Players who enable two-factor authentication benefit from a meaningful additional layer of protection and nnokc strongly encourages its use.

nnokc reserves the right to place temporary holds on withdrawal requests pending routine security checks or additional verification. Such holds will not normally exceed 72 hours except where extended investigation is required due to suspected fraudulent activity, in which case the player will be notified and provided with a reasonable resolution timeline. nnokc aims to resolve all payment queries within 24 hours of receipt.

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only — defined as players who have not previously held a registered account on nnokc. Players who have previously closed an account and re-registered are not eligible for new player promotions. nnokc reserves the right to verify eligibility for any promotional offer and to reclaim bonus funds where eligibility cannot be established. All promotional decisions made by nnokc are final.

nnokc is committed to working collaboratively with players who exhibit signs of problem gambling. Support staff are trained to identify behavioural indicators of gambling-related harm and to respond with appropriate guidance. Any player who contacts nnokc with concerns about their gambling behaviour will be provided with information about available tools, support resources, and referral to external organisations where appropriate. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will receive no prior warning before account suspension where platform safety or integrity is at immediate risk. In less urgent cases, nnokc may issue a formal warning before taking further action. All decisions relating to prohibited conduct are made at nnokc's sole discretion and are final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms & Conditions.

All content on the nnokc platform — including software, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game titles, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of nnokc or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, adapted, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of nnokc. Unauthorised use of any nnokc intellectual property constitutes an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the nnokc platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of the platform or its content, nor does it grant any ownership rights in the platform or any of its components. nnokc reserves the right to revoke this licence at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

nnokc provides its platform and services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nnokc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. nnokc does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, although nnokc makes all reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nnokc's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. nnokc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of nnokc to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
